The Texas Society of Addiction Medicine (TXSAM) is a dedicated non-profit organization, advocating for patients with substance use disorders (SUDs), educating healthcare providers and the public on addiction, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance care access. As the official Texas chapter of ASAM, our focus is on promoting research, expanding treatment access, and recognizing the vital role of providers in addiction care.
